The $100 Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

"Website Speedy provides a speed optimization service for websites built on Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and WordPress. The offers free access to the platform, including a 3-month trial of the Booster Plan and a one-time payment of $100 after one month of participation.

3. Eligibility

Participation in the program is open to individuals who own a live website on one of the supported platforms (Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace, WordPress). You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

4. Participation Requirements

For successful participation in the program and be eligible for the payment, participants must fulfill the following requirements:

• You agree to install and keep the service active on a single, functional website for a continuous period of at least one full month.
• You agree to provide timely, honest, and comprehensive feedback on your experience with the service.
• You grant Website Speedy permission to monitor the performance of your website (e.g., page load times, core web vitals) for the duration the participation. This data will be used solely for product improvement.
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and any data on your website.

5. Payment

"Upon completion of one full month of active participation in the program, Website Speedy guarantees a one-time payment of $100 USD. Payment will be processed via a secure and mutually agreed-upon method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data provided by Website Speedy are the intellectual property of Website Speedy. Your participation does not grant you any ownership rights to the service or its intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The serivce is provided "as is" and "as available." Website Speedy makes no guarantees regarding the performance or functionality of the platform during the participation. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use of the service.

8. Termination

Website Speedy reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your participation at any time. The one-month payment is contingent upon completing the full one-month testing period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
