Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

At Website Speedy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If Website Speedy isn’t the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription or request a refund as outlined below.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of starting a paid plan. To request a refund:

  • Log in to your User Account and navigate to the billing section.
  • Click on “14 days money back guarantee” and follow the prompts.
  • Alternatively, contact our support team at support@websitespeedy.com with your account details.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your source. Once processed, you’ll receive confirmation, and access to Website Speedy will end immediately. If you do not receive email within 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@websitespeedy.com

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and going to the billing section. After the 14-day refund period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll still have full access until then. We don’t offer partial refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle.

We’ll confirm your cancellation within 48 hours. If you don’t hear back or run into any issues, email us at support@websitespeedy.com.
